applied online, did an HR screen and then another interview with a person from HLG. was asked to complete a writing assignment and then didn't hear back for about a week. reached out to them for an update, and they sent a neutral email and haven't heard from them since. assumed they filled the position, but a little bit more feedback/transparency after doing 2 interviews and a writing assignment would've been nice.
