IQ test, followed by a math test, a financial test, 3 interviews and a trading simulation the next day. The interviewers were friendly, however the process was extremely long. Overall, the tests and simulation were adequate in finding the necessary skills. However, one of the interviews focused mainly on options, given that we don't trade them at all.
