Entretien
Fairly simple and straightforward, no stupid personality tests. Just a professional three step interview process, first with TA, then with a manager and salesperson and finally with two consultants. Questions focused on both technical skills and social competencies. How marketable I was and how willing I am to take on different types of assignments in various branches from government to startups.

The interview was basically resume reading followed by an offline programming test.
An offer was made without checking my current salary. It was a similar package as the one I had.
