2 rounds. 1. Verbal aptitude 2. HR round 3. Typing speed test It will be very easy. This is customer support. So, they only look for the communication skills. Easy process to crack. It's a non voice process.

The interview Process had 4 Rounds , they were HR Round , Apititude round and then operations round and finally it was a Round with the Team Manager , The Team Manager Round Which i had Went Really good it was like almost 25+
