Attended an interview through a consultancy in March 2024. The interview lasted about 30 minutes, and I answered all the questions without much difficulty. Given my experience in the areas discussed, I was confident about clearing the interview. Contradictory to this, I received an email later stating that my candidature was not considered suitable for the role. I'm curious about the selection criteria they are following. Do candidates who interview through consultancies actually clearing the round in HEXAWARE? Are they conducting the interviews just for entertainment or to showcase the company's presence in the market? They are spoiling the candidate's confidence also. Stop this nonsense.

Entretien
The interviewer was rude. It was more like a argument rather than a conversation. At the end he asked do you have any questions for me? I asked can you please tell me about the company? he said "Dont you have internet, Google yourself". This is enough to understand the attitude of an interviewer.

Entretien
I was interviewed for the position of Scrum master. I cleared the technical and the managerial rounds and the same was informed by the HR. She even sent me a CAF link to discuss the offer and said that there would be a client round as well. But then the HR disappeared for a week and then she comes back with a reply saying you are not selected but the feedback is positive. I am not sure what to make of it. Poor conduction of the entire interview by the HR. Overall a very bad experience and lucky that I am not selected for such a company.
