They had 3 rounds of interview and I cleared all the three rounds even the client round. Had HR discussion where they agreed for my expectations and said they are releasing offer letter in 2 hours. After 2 days with so much follow ups they come and say upper management is not agreeing with the ctc. Its waste of time had they told before interviewing itself what the budget is.
