There is no process for the interview, in the 1st round they told this will be final round. Again they took the 2nd round and give performance is good. Initiate the BG process (personal information), after that nothing nothing. After some time they again gave me feedback like your performance is above average. I dont understand what they are up to. Worst company.

First I got a call from HR asking basic details & he asked me if I am holding any offer, for that I said yes I have one offer of MNC then he said if you hold MNC offer we have a policy that you will have technical round(generally it's written test then TR) so two rounds were there

Interview is total waste of time. The interviewer just throws away the question and doesn't interact with the interviewee. He records the session and don't know who evaluates it. It is a video call interview but he doesn't on the video chat.
