No management at all. The day my interview was scheduled, nobody joined the call and I waited for 30 mins. Then the next day, they called saying they were busy and reschedule it again. Interview questions were quiet easy. I was selected and told that they will be sending offer letter by next week but its been a month I didn't get my offer letter yet.
