Before I start I would like to recommend you guys to keep your expectations very clear before you go for interview in Hexaware. Ask them about the budget of the position you are applying for and tell them frankly how much are you expecting. They call you for the interview and after investing 2 weeks of your time and money and clearing 5 rounds they don't give you offer and say your CTC is high and we can't afford that much. So please keep your expectations clear as the HR is just trying to meet his/her target by interviewing employees. They are not knowledgeable at all. They don't know about shift timings, they don't know about weekly offs, they don't know anything. They just take interview and after an employee clears 5 rounds they say they cannot afford as their budget is low and they have not got an approval from program head.
You have to go through five rounds of interview -
1) HR round (Telephonic)
2) Panel (Process Head, Manager and General Manager) - Mostly Telephonic
3) Excel Test (Vlookup, Pivot, Graph, Countifs, conditional formatting, formulas, etc.) - In person Hexaware
4) US Client round (Over Webx) - In person Hexaware
5) Indian Client round (Telephonic)
Interview was average. They will ask you so many questions as in they are interviewing a CEO. But the thing is even after you clear 5 rounds of interview they say they cannot afford as their budget is low. So enquire everything before you go for interview in Hexaware.
