my interview was conducted in 2 phase. the first one was a technical interview. A technical expert from hexaware tech took my interview. the questions they asked me were mainly from C++ and a few from sql.
since i belong to a non IT branch of engineering, the questions were very easy. i thought they were interested in my approach to programming methodology.
the interview lasted about 10 mins and i was lucky to get through it.
the second round of interview was HR round. the HR personal was interested in assessing my overall personality, which i think i was quite good enough to lure someone ;)
it comprises of some basic questions like why am i interested particular company? why do you think you can work in a software firm as you are from a non IT background? about my family background...
it lasted about 5 mins( much less than the average time per person per interview, which was around 12 mins). but again somehow i managed to crack it and now i am placed in Hexaware technologies.
