The interview process consited of 3 rounds for the lateral. 1st Telephonic 2nd Video Conference and 3rd HR. Telephonic round was technical screening and was very detailed. The difficulty level was 4 on the scale of 1 to 10. Video conference round was technical as well as skills related to management .The difficulty level was 3 on the scale of 1 to 10. HR interview was not but the negotiation about the CTC and the jooining date and formal discussion.
