4 rounds of technical interviews on DevOps tech stack and previous project experience 2 w senior management 1 w team lead technical 1 w team member Got an offer but it was managed poorly. When I asked for negotiation of the initial offer, they didn't get back with a window period, nor reply back that that was their best offer. I was only notified 3 days after, that the offer was simply given to another candidate. The offer process was unprofessional, to say the least. Summary - When you get an offer, check clearly with them how long the offer window stands.
