Had 1 interview where the Area Manager pretty much just asks about yourself and gauges your self motivation and strengths. No curve balls, you just need to sell yourself really be ready for work. You must prove that you're good with customer service as well as sales. The area manager was pretty much telling me about the job already and what I should expect so it kind of felt like a job interview and a job orientation all in one.

Had a good interview. Arrived early for my interview. Regional manager arrived to interview me and was impressed I arrived early. It was a straight forward interview and discussion on the job details and my background in sales.

I applied and on the same day the recruiter reached out to me with an email to set up an interview. I selected a date and time that was available that worked for me. After I scheduled my interview she reached out to me by phone to make sure I understood where the interview was happening and gave me her contact info incase I needed to get ahold of her.
The day of my interview the manager was not there so I contacted the recruiter and she contacted the manager and the manager was there just a few minutes later. The manager was nice and did a good job explaining the job. I received an offer and felt good about accepting it.

Entretien
I got called into The Villages, FL branch for an interview. I drove 30 minutes and arrived a little early. When I went inside the people told me the Manager was not available and was in meetings all day and they would reschedule. This is nowhere close to following their values "We put people first". Going forward, I would never work for this company and the Manager needs to dealt with for using people.
