As I was interviewing from out of state, all interviews were conducted over the phone. They were done progressively through upper management, for a total of three interviews before I was offered the job. The first interview was done with a panel that included the Location Manager, two Assistant Managers, and the Regional Manager who would be my direct supervisor. The second was 1:1 with the Regional Manager. The third was done 1:1 with the Area Manager, who was the Regional Manager's boss.
