That was the most hilarious interview my life: After I came to the office I was asked to wait in the meeting room. It has been a delay around 20 minutes before the members of the Hermith team came ("Great" first impression though) I was interviewed by two persons: head of Logistics and head of Sales. It was pretty obvious that they never had any training on the right way how to conduct recruiting interviews . Also their level of English was terrible (Even though the position I have applied for required fluent knowledge) therefor at some moment of the interview I was feeling that they do not understand half of what I am saying to them. At some moment I have been asked a question: "Smoking?". At this moment I could not hold my laugh anymore. Additionally as one of the job responsibilities they asked to take care of the guest house for the perspective clients visiting Munich. So they are looking for a person with a university degree and 1-3 years of professional experience to CLEAN! the guest house. After the interview I was invited for the second round of recruiting process which is Excel testing. But of course I never came back there I hope these stories would be enough reason for you to save your time and avoid have any interaction with this place.
