Fairly easygoing, best way is to have a recommendation from someone in the office, Was interviewed by multiple people in first interview, almost always the case. Second interview was with one person much more laid back.

Most unexpected was for me to bring additional materials CD sets etc for my second interview. I lot of printing, and expense for portfolio etc.
