Submitted resume online. Got a phone call, went to the interview. I spoke with the manager of the store and I gotta say it went pretty well, despite some rather tough questions. The nature of this company was founded upon a family business, so they like to treat their workers as though they are also family. So I spent almost two hours in the interview, and once that was done I waited a couple of days with an offer. Successful interview!

The interviewer spent the whole time talking about the job and the store he manages. I was barely able to get a word in. He didn't aske me a lot of questions about myself and spent most of the time talking about himself and his work history.

If you’re cute you were hired - our manager thought hiring cute girls was a way to get sales. This was very sexist and he made it known and was proud of this.
