Very long process only to get no offer in the end. They’ll rush you to do the Hirevue interview (I had 5 days, they made me do it in less) and they’ll call to say they think you’re a good fit and then not respond for a month. When you follow up, they’ll say they’re scheduling an interview with the hiring manager which is a lie because I wasn’t scheduled at all. More than a month later, they reject you. FYI they rushed me to do the Hirevue interview during the wake of a typhoon. If they don’t respond to you after a week, just drop any hopes already

Tell us about a time you exhibited leadership skills
HR person was nice, overall process went smooth but the initial waiting result was too long. Too many rounds. Even after I answered the question, they rejected me without any valid justification. The question was unclear to me.
2 rounds of interviews, and they are all really kind and nice. Some basic questions like introduce yourself, why company why position, tell a time that ..... and the process is really smooth

Entretien
The interview is a 30-minute call with an HR representative where you run through your curriculum and show your motivation to join the company. They ask you to name at least one of Henkel’s brands.
