Sehr sympathisch, sehr positiv und angenehm Gespräch bei recruitment team. Die sind sehr schnell mit Antwort. Sehr professionell, freundlich, strukturiert war die Interview. Erste Interview über Teams und falls man die 2. Einladung bekommt dann persönlich bei Henkel Büro.
The process started with an online application. Then I had a 30 minute HR virtual interview discussing my background, availability, and basic customer service experience. After that, a main virtual interview with the hiring manager focused on my past experiences, and role specific scenarios. Total process took about 1-2 weeks from application to offer.

This based on my experience way back 2014 and it may be different now:
1st interview - HR phone interview
2nd interview - Panel interview with the immediate leads. In my case, they were 3 team leads.
3rd interview - Final interview with the team manager
