Snelle en prettige sollicitatieprocedure! Het eerste gesprek vond telefonisch plaats, hetgeen voornamelijk mijn motivatie inzichtelijk moest. Beter gezegd: waarom ik voor Henkel als stagebedrijf heb gekozen. Het laatste sollicitatiegesprek (2-op-1) op locatie heb ik als open en informeel ervaren, waarbij er een aantal vaardigheden op het gebied van marketing getest werden aan de hand van enkele producten van Henkel. Tevens werd er ruimschoots de tijd genomen voor het gesprek.
HR person was nice, overall process went smooth but the initial waiting result was too long. Too many rounds. Even after I answered the question, they rejected me without any valid justification. The question was unclear to me.
2 rounds of interviews, and they are all really kind and nice. Some basic questions like introduce yourself, why company why position, tell a time that ..... and the process is really smooth

The interview is a 30-minute call with an HR representative where you run through your curriculum and show your motivation to join the company. They ask you to name at least one of Henkel’s brands.
