Entretien
Met with a representative at a conference and had a behavioral interview. The interview lasted 30 minutes and asked for responses to be in STAR story format. The interviewer took notes that would then be passed on to the hiring manager.
Quick but rigorous interview process. A lot of heavy case study questions, i.e. “if X…what would you recommend”. There were five rounds - HR, Hiring manager, and 3 cross functional employees.

Quick overall process. Good interaction with HR team. Liked the people that were interviewing, including the hiring manager who seemed like a very good person to work for - supportive, constructive clear on priorities.

What was my approach to leading and directing my teams and how did I go about getting results.
Basic interview, nothing too hard or complicated. I heard back from my recruiter in about a week. A lot of their HR is outsourced in the Philippines, so expect a lot of form e-mails.
