Initial phone screen and then onsite interview with hiring manager which is the Talent Strategy Director. With the onsite interview, the manager was not prepared with any good questions to ask me. I also interviewed with the HR Manager and she asked better questions. The hiring manager ended the interview with letting me know that he thought the interview went very well and that he would let me know of a decision within the next 2 days, but I didn't hear back from him. I followed up and he stated to give him until the end of the week and I did but I still didn't hear back from him. It says a lot about a company that ghosts their candidates. It was a negative candidate experience.
