1- HR screening via phone call 2- in person interview with manager and team lead with technical questions and soft skills check and also with a part of language skills check 3- offer
1st step via phone with HR, 2nd at the office with team leader and manager (before the virus), rather tipical recruitment proces, nothing to crazy, during 2nd step you can get some tasks to do
