Asking experience about lab techniques, prior experience, where I see myself in the future. The lady on the phone was very nice but its like they were desperate to find someone
Informal and a panel interview with 5 executives and staff members. A bit intimidating and overwhelming. Required job shadow in the following week and shadowed in several departments. After job shadow, got a call with an offer and start date.
