Please do not waste your time interviewing for this company. My first interview was with a recruiter that actually went really well she invited me to a in person interview with a manager. Came to the interview and the manager did not even know what position I was interviewing for I should’ve seen a red flag there but anyways we had a pretty good interview she told me that she would hand off my paper with to the recruiter to do a reference check and if my references cleared out I should hear something in a week to do another interview with her manager then to come meet the team everything sound so promising. I was so excited because everything just went so well. Two weeks went by I decided to email her just to make sure if she needed anything bc she told me a week at the latest I received no response which was a complete slap in the face. So 3 weeks went by I decided to reach out to my recruiter to see if she knew anything on her end . She responded and said “ Thank you so much for your interest. We will not be moving forward at this time.“ I feel like this whole process was a waste of my time for the manager telling me one thing then the recruiter telling me another she did not give me any explanation or anything only what I stated above.
