Review was fine - they are interested in getting as many people on board as there are plenty of opps for people to find clients so every person they bring on board can deliver incremental revenue and it is 100% commission.

More than an interview, the recruiter tries to convince to join. HB is a company based on sharing commission, you work for them but no benefits, no gratuities, nothing to cover all expenses.
