After an online test that I pass, I got an interview with HR and after just 15 minutes she told me that my English level is not enough and I'm not fluent which is nonsense because how can you evaluate the language level of someone in 15 minutes and it doesn't make sense.

Lacks transparency, you can have the experience, know how and all qualification, pass the challenge, have a nice conversation with the team and CEO, but if the personality test (facet5) does not match something that they are looking for you will be rejected based on assumptions.
