You apply online by submitting a CV and covering letter. I did this months before, got a rejection email and was told my CV would be kept on file. I then got an email 6 months later to arrange a call, in the call I was asked some general questions, and then I was called again later the same day to say I had a face-to-face interview with a senior agent. Went the next day to the interview and got a call offering me the job later that the same day. This was on a Thursday and I started my training week on the Monday.

This company asks you to read their culture books, which are filled with "cool start-up quotes", such as "move fast break things" to then offer you 1200 euros a month before taxes which is insane, even for Spain. If you are trying to act like a start-up, pay like a start-up. I was flabbergasted in the interview when the pay got mentioned and almost started laughing.

Kreeg na het indienen van mijn cv en brief de dag erna een telefoontje voor een kort gesprek. Een aantal dagen later werd ik uitgenodigd voor een interview en kort daarna kon ik al aan de slag.
