The process was subdivided into 3 stages:
1. Interview with the director and the TA. Generic questions, more behavioural. A few basic questions about P&L, cash flow and accounting from the finance director.
2. A technical interview with 2 questions. In the first one, I had to run an analysis of a P&L and suggest a methodology to forecast future periods (for each P&L line) and explain the rational behind them. in the second one I had to comment on a growth strategy proposed on the second question. The questions were sent to me 24hours in advance, so I could prepare a little for them. There were two team members in this stage.
3. Interview with some other stakeholders. Behavioural again.
Everyone was very nice in all stages, and everything was very clear and transparent.
Overall, very good, well structured process.
