I was received very quickly by HelloFresh. The irony about this is that they posted this role months ago and I applied to it. They initially wanted to interview but then said they moved onto other candidates. Months later, this same job was open again and this time I interviewed with leadership. It was very short and quick but ultimately a waste of time. They hired within a day after interview and I was told the other candidates had much more experience leading which had nothing to do with the job responsibilities that were mentioned during the very short 15-20 min interview. Nothing about this job was difficult for me; everything they asked for was pretty entry-level and low-level work. How hard is it to make TikToks and Instagram Reels? I'm unclear on why they keep reopening the same roles and wasting people's time. The hiring manager gave feedback and said I had a great personality but it seems it's always something else that's an issue. Not a great experience but not a terrible one either.

Fairly quick and easy process. Phone interview followed by three rounds. 2 people in each round and only 30 minutes each. Final was with VP alone. I thought I did really well until the VP who was a lot more serious than anyone else I spoke to. She had more typical interview questions like “how would you sell a HelloFresh box?” I guess she didn’t like my answers because I got rejected. Definitely disappointing because I really liked everyone I chatted with and felt my experience was exactly what they were looking for.
