Quite long, and in depth but also lots of interesting conversations. Multiple stages, people and quite a time commitment. However, I felt stimulated in the interviews and it was quite an organic conversation

Over the past year, I have interviewed with HelloFresh for two separate roles. During the first process, I had four interviews, and in the final interview the manager told me how much she loved my transferable skills and my background. I was then rejected and only told that I did not have the correct areas of development needed for the role, which is vague. When asked for feedback, I did not get a response. The second time around, I had a wonderful first interview and I was almost certain I would be moving on. A week later, I received a form rejection email. I was very confused based on how positive my conversation went, and received no response when I asked for feedback. I can't be the only candidate that has been treated like this by HelloFresh. This is very disappointing.
