1 phone interview, Excel test, on-site interview.
The team's senior manager doesn't seem to know the whole picture of the team. He doesn't have any short-term plan (5 yrs) nor strategy for the team, and he seems to like (or tried to justified) how unstructured the team is. The HR team was not professional either. I have to say the interview questions and the Excel test was quite interesting, and the people working there seemed to be nice. However, some parts of the company really need to be more well-organized.
