Immediately contacted me after I applied online. Performed a quick phone interview and then scheduled a face to face interview. At the interview, they will ask the same questions as over the phone, ask you to give background, and issue a role playing and typing test.

Name a time when you had a customer issue that you couldn't resolve?
The interview process moved along pretty quickly and the interviewers responded with the next steps after I passed the previous round. The interview started with a phone interview then it was moved to an online test followed by a video interview and then a group interview.

Where do you see yourself 10 years from now? How long do you plan to stay with HelloFresh? When is it acceptable to now show up to work?
The process was straightforward. First interview happened to be with two recruiters. As for the second interview, I participated in a group interview with a few other recruiters and candidates. It was very interactive and fun!

Straight forward interview process. Employees conducting interviews were nice. Began with a very short phone screen and last round was a 2 hour group interview. The group interview was fun and relaxed, and very collaborative.
