Entretien
Fast and casual. They ask usual questions. The time of the appt is usually scheduled at night. No need to be nervous as the interviewers are usually nice and warm.
The interview process was smooth and make sure and they will ask you most common job interview question and make sure to practice phone call handling. The The HR's are so considerate. They are so kind.

Entretien
The interview process lasted for 20 minutes. The interviewer was very polite. We had a live typing test, phone handling test and a job interview. I find the phone handling quite difficult as I have no BPO experience.
