The interview process was awesome. The team is really smart but laid back at the same time. They asked me some tough questions but I never felt uncomfortable with any of the feedback. They went out of the way to create a sense that the company is a family with a mission to bring their solutions into the hands of each and every individual. Helix is a great all-around company!

I can't stress enough how warm and authentic the interview process at Helix was. I was directly recruited and throughout the process, I was never left wondering what next steps were, and positive feedback was provided after each call. The recruiting team at Helix are professional and enthusiastic, and the Legal/Compliance team members are bright, passionate, and fun.

Question 1
There were a series of questions, covering both technical experience, personality, and career goals. It was a very personalized and thorough interview process. There was a written evaluation which was very well put together and related to the day-to-day requirements of the role.
