Introduced myself and the interviewer is also a bioinformatics engineer. Asked some technical questions like experiences with AWS, experiences in building software, how to cross validate the results are correct.

The final interview was a panel interview, including a technical interview. The technical interview wasn’t leet code style, but very much tested the basics, like copy, deep copy, list versus set and there was also some bash.
