I was contacted by a recruiter that wasn’t based off of their Las Vegas location. We emailed back and forth to find the best time for a phone interview. The phone interview was around 15-20 mins. It wasn’t technical at all - basically just to get a feel for how you are. She then informed me that I’ll be interviewing with the IT manager within the next couple of days. The interview with the IT manager wasn’t very formal. I felt very relaxed. There were technical and non technical questions. However, since he knew I was in college, he gave me very basic IT questions.
