I just had the first stage interview - remote video. This person that interviewed me had no much clue about the department of the role I applied for. Most of the times the interview did not go well because he did not listen but felt more like this was just another interview for him. A bit of contradiction there too. Really - what a badly prepared person to be in that type of job.
