Interview process started after an indication from a friend. Firstly an interview with the direct supervisor and thereafter with the direct director. During the hiring process, I had also that psychological tests (why do we have to do that?!) where you have to find patterns, complete drawings, etc. - writing a text (telling about the career) - English test (multiple choice) - Writing only Process took approximately one month, where the HR called me back and said I was accepted.
