I applied online with an employee referral. From first interview to offer, it took 6 weeks. I interviewed with the recruiter, hiring manager and president. It was extremely easy. The questions were basic, no presentation required. I was able to negotiate my contract to work from home and my salary. I highly recommend negotiating salary as high as you can because you won't be getting a raise for years.
