I was approached via LinkedIn from a recruiter about the role. There was a phone screen with the recruiter, then a zoom call with the director of the department, then an on-site interview, which was broken up into three different meetings- the director, the CEO and the current support team. Everyone was SO wonderful, it was a great team who works amazingly together with all the working parts accomplishing so much. It showed a lot of confidence in their remote-hybrid work environment.
