Submitted resume through the career section of their website, received an email back a week later to schedule an interview in the office.
When I arrived at the office for the interview I took a written test which was very straightforward, and two 30 minute interviews followed. Neither seemed very prepared for the interview, and neither seemed very interested in what I had to say. One of my interviewers used a ton of inappropriate language and didn't act as if he was taking the interview seriously, the other interviewer didn't even try to make it seem like she enjoyed any aspect of her job except for the pay. Overall it was an awkward interview and I didn't get the feeling that their employees enjoy working there, I didn't get a sense of community in the office whatsoever.

He wanted to see how much I knew about the firm and what it does, and he wanted to get a gauge of my interest level in the position. He said he'd been interviewing people for this position since last August, and asked me what makes me different from all the other candidates.

Had a phone interview, then had in in-person interview at their office in midtown. I interviewed with two different guys, back-to-back. The first guy made it seem like I was the perfect candidate, but the second seemed like I was wasting his time from the time I said hi. Excel test at the end, not overly difficult, just (v lookups and pivot tables)
