3 stage process—takes several weeks to multiple months. Begins with a phone interview with recruiter, then leadership, followed by a Zoom panel. They were timely in communicating that they came to agreement on an internal hire and thankfully didn’t drag me through the full process, but it is unfortunate when you miss work or other opportunities to partake in interviews with no real aim to hire.
