I came in for the first round of interviews and had to fill out a form with my most recent work and education experience. Then the hiring manager asked me some vague questions about my work experience, on top of the audacity to ask me what country I came from! I was invited for the second round of interviews but turned it down to this red flag. Their office looks very sad as well.
