The whole interview process went fairly quickly, but its pretty dependent on your own availability.
Its mostly pretty standard:
- Phone screen with internal recruiter
- Call with the hiring manager mostly talking about previous experiences and a chance to understand more about the role
- A coding interview, solving a leetcode-esque problem
- An "onsite" project interview (over Zoom)
For this role, there is a final "onsite" interview that was pretty lengthy and involved a lot of infrastructure setup, iac, etc to solve a progression of issues through out the day.
It is expected that you're able to solve coding challenges which may not be typical in other DevOps type interviews.
