I replied to an ad on Craigslist and then was asked to fill out an application. I then had a short phone interview with the lovely Marisa. I was then asked to come into the Marina Del Rey location for a physical interview. I filled out another application in the store and then went next door to Panera Bread where she asked me a bunch of typical interview questions and we talked about jobs and ourselves. It was probably the funnest interview I've ever had because Marisa has a way of making people open up. I then interviewed in Costa Mesa at a Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf with the Manager and newly hired Assistant Manager. Our store was still under construction at the time.
