Waited for a long time for HR round. Technical round involved checking basic software skills(programming, testing). Logical reasoning was also checked. Aptitude test was the first round and was not difficult. Got the call next day to confirm the offer. So the entire hiring process was pretty quick.

Half of the people were from recommendations and were in even they didn't know squat.
I gave 2 full rounds of 2 hours each still they were not very convinced as i was the only one who had no reference and was selected.
