Out of the blue I received telephone call asking me for interview. Interview held at local restaurant, about 10 minutes into interview, District Manager told me he wanted to offer me the position and pulled out Employment offer letter with salary and a planned outline of job growth.

Interview with the senior district manager, then the district manger. We met both times at a hotel they were staying at. The interviews were very brief. They didn't go into much detail about the facility or the expectations they require. The interview took place on a Saturday. In the second interview they were late to arrive making it difficult to return to work when I needed to since I used my lunch hour.
