The complete process was highly unstructured and chaotic. I had five rounds of discussions(three over google meet) and even in the last discussion the senior leadership wasn't sure of the expectation from the role and was confused. Neither the revenue model nor the proper functioning was shared despite requesting on multiple occassions. I will not recommend this organisation to work or apply for a role.
