Phone screen with recruiter then followed by 2 technical coding challenges (in person). The interviewers were really friendly but I didn't hear back from the recruiter even after a follow up? Would have been nice to hear back.

Phone screen with recruiter, 2 technical interviews (coding/algorithm/data structure, and system design), interview with VP Engineering and then with CEO.
Everyone I spoke with was super friendly, warm and smart. The interviews all felt like collaborative discussions rather than an adversarial trial. This gave me confidence it would be easy to work with these colleagues if I took the job.
